How will pricing work?
Per licence, with a sensible minimum. Every provider also gets free licences to run Trigway on their own business, so you see the benefit before your clients do. We’ll publish the figures at launch.
When will prices be announced?
At launch. Early access members hear first, and we’ll talk it through with you before you’re asked to commit to anything.
Does joining early access commit me to anything?
No. Joining puts you on the list and starts a conversation. Nothing is agreed until you say so.
Do I need to replace my RMM, EDR or PSA?
No. Trigway connects to the tools you already use and reads from them. Tell us which ones on the early access form so we can prioritise the right connectors.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on higher plans. Every plan starts on an address like yourmsp.trigway.com. On a higher plan you can move to your own, such as portal.yourmsp.co.uk, by adding one DNS record. Plan details come at launch.
What do my clients see of Trigway?
A small grey “Powered by Trigway” credit on the sign-in page and at the foot of the sidebar. Everything else carries your brand.
Can one client ever see another client’s data?
No. Each client’s data is walled off at the database level, not just hidden on screen. Your team can work across clients; clients only ever see their own.
