Managed Security Services Agreement
Between Harbour Cyber and Kestrel Logistics
1. Services

Harbour Cyber will monitor and maintain the devices listed in Schedule 1, keep endpoint protection running on each of them, and report on their status every month through the client portal.

2. Term

This agreement starts on 1 January 2027 and runs for twelve months. Either party may end it with ninety days' written notice.

3. Support hours

Support is available from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales.
